Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy, birth, and post-birth are unique for everyone and can be at times, one of the most intense life journeys a person can experience. From fatigue yet joy, physical, emotional, and mental experience.

It is transformational and life-altering.

I have been taught with the Poppy Perinatal Yoga School which has been with great care and created by Cat Allen, with the knowledge I have received as well as my yoga therapy training my aim is to help you navigate your way through these life changes with more support, strength, and confidence.

The prenatal and postnatal yoga practices, mixed with some yoga therapy practices, I would like to support you through your journey.

I offer in-person classes and online classes.

I offer Pregnancy and Parent and baby yoga at Amino and I am covering Pregnancy yoga mainly at The Arc at the moment.
