I find it so fulfilling to help office teams de-stress and focus on wellbeing and self-care.

I offer corporate yoga classes brought to your office space, with no previous experience necessary. All colleagues are welcome to participate, whatever their level of ability.

Connecting to breath and body awareness is critical for corporates. Busy days, long hours, and cramped postures all contribute to a stressed environment. Yoga can assist your work team with harnessing the benefits of a more balanced, healthy, and mindful lifestyle – boosting productivity in the process.

An opportunity to de-stress and re-centre in the middle of the working day.

  • A class of 45/60/90 minutes over lunch, morning, or early evenings, tailored to your needs on a weekly basis.

  • One-off taster trial or for a special event. 

  • I can sequence a class to suit your company’s needs.
