• The Piloga package is a five part series that works through the Elements of Nature:

• Earth

• Water

• Fire

• Air

• Space

In each video you will go through a one hour class of a fusion of pilates and yoga. Dionne will guide you through the pilates and Tamzen will guide you through the yoga sequence, each class is designed to make you feel more balanced, healthier, integrated and wholesome.
