For Zoom-fatigued students, I’m also offering Park Yoga in Haggerston Park beneath the trees. It’s a wonderful way to overcome the mid-week hump and feel grounded among nature’s elements. Please bring your own mat, props and anything you need to feel comfortable.
If the weather isn’t looking good, I will revert to an online session, giving you notice by 5pm. If you don’t want to attend online, I can happily give you a credit or refund.
