Kiddies Yoga

Kids Yoga enables children to become body aware and observant of their breath.

I teach a 30-minute colourful sequence, threading stories and themes into the practice. Group classes are for children ages 4 – 10.

The practice helps them to:
● Create a sense of calm
● Improve concentration and connect deeply with inner self
● Develop a relationship with the natural world around them and the way they see things
● Grow their creativity, confidence and self-expression

I have found that yoga brings out the beaming inner light of all children, sparking their innate sense of playfulness and curiosity whilst fostering a deeper self-awareness.
