Kiddies Yoga

Kids Yoga provides kids to become body aware and observant of their breath. I teach from age group of 5 years old to 12 years old.

I teach a 30 minute colourful sequences threading stories and themes in to the practice.

The practice also helps them to:

  • create a sense of calm
  • improve concentration and connect deeply with inner self.
  • develop a relationship with the natural world around them and the way they see things.
  • helps provide expression,
  • Create union and deal with busy London life.

I have found that yoga brings a beaming inner light that all children have to surface.
