I can come to the comfort of your home and provide a Sequence of standing poses as well as chair yoga that invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. The research on yoga is ongoing, however, initial studies have found a yoga practice to positively correlate with both physical and mental wellness. It’s uncontroversial that yoga can improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, but studies have also found that regular practice may help:
