I would like to offer yoga classes brought to your office space – no previous experience necessary – all colleagues able and accessible to participate.
As my yoga career progresses, I find it fulfilling to help office teams to de-stress and focus on well being and self-care.
I offer each of the following, tailored to suit your company:
- Morning yoga: this is ideal for setting your team up for a productive day.
- Lunchtime yoga: An opportunity to de-stress and re-centre in the middle of the working day.
- Early evening yoga: Log off and wind down with some gentle yoga, then leave the office refreshed for the evening.
Connecting to breath and body awareness is critical for corporates – these busy roles can be mentally overstimulating – working with breath and body is a cornerstone of the classes. Awareness in the present moment also enables a different, lateral perspective and deepens the emotional quotient of your team.
Strengthening and improving physique’s for desk-based office workers is a need for our current lifestyle.
